Precautions for use:
1. The usage environment requires cleanliness, dust-free, no strong airflow, no vibration, an ambient temperature of 20 ℃± 5 ℃, humidity of 50% to 80%, and a working voltage of 220V ± 20V.
2. The balance should be placed on a stable and sturdy workbench, with no strong magnetic field around it.
3. Before starting up, plug in the power, adjust the level, and press the "ON" button to preheat the instrument.
4. Read the user manual carefully and familiarize yourself with the function keys on the panel.
5. Before weighing, press the (peel) button to make the instrument display all "0", then press the calibration button to display "GAL-200", Gently place 200g of random silicon code on the weighing plate and display "please wait", Display '2000000g' again, Calibration completed, remove calibration weights, display "0.0000g", If it does not return to zero, it can be repeated again.
6. When weighing an object, place it on the weighing plate and handle it gently. Do not let the object impact the weighing plate to avoid the sensor being affected by the impact force and affecting the weighing value.
7. Before reading, the glass sliding door of the dust cover must be closed to ensure the accuracy of the weighing.
8. It is strictly prohibited for corrosive objects to come into direct contact with the weighing plate and the platform board.
9. After use, it is necessary to clean the residual material on the instrument weighing plate and table to keep the instrument clean.
10. Press the "OFF" button to turn off the instrument, unplug the power socket, and put on the dust cover. |
